Kids Club Schedule

• Thursday: 5:00–9:00 PM
• Friday: 5:00–9:00 PM
• Saturday: 5:00–9:00 PM

*When Club events are scheduled, we will do our best to extend operating hours to better accommodate our members.

Kids Club Guidelines

To help provide a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following:

• Kids Club is open to children ages 3–10 who are fully potty trained.
• Parents or guardians must remain on Club property while their child is in Kids Club.
• Children must be signed in and out by a parent or guardian and will only be released to an authorized individual.
• Please arrive promptly for pickup. Late pickups may be subject to additional fees.
• Please notify our staff of any allergies, medications, or special accommodations at check-in.
• Children who are ill should remain at home.
• We recommend leaving valuable items at home. The Club is not responsible for lost, damaged, or broken belongings.
• Parents may order dinner for their children from The Cellar or Dressage, and our staff will happily deliver meals to Kids Club.
• We maintain a maximum ratio of six children per childcare attendant. During larger Club events, we plan to staff two attendants whenever possible.
• If your childcare attendants provide exceptional service, gratuities are always appreciated.

Reservation System & Payment

To help us staff appropriately, reservations are required. Reservations must be made through the ForeTees app no later than 12:00 PM on the day of attendance. Any cancellations must also be made by noon.

The fee is $10 per child, which will be charged directly to the member account. Food is not included, but meals may be ordered separately from The Cellar or Dressage.

This fee helps us continue providing quality childcare by supporting our dedicated attendants while also helping maintain and enhance the newly renovated Kids Club space.
