Chef Juan Morales

Originally from Caguas, Puerto Rico, Chef Morales brings over 20 years of culinary experience and a passion for creating dishes that blend flavors and cultures in exciting ways. His love for cooking started at age 15, inspired by his mother, and has led him to an impressive career. Chef Morales is joining us from Barnsley Resort in Adairsville, Georgia. Before that, he spent six years at The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta and trained under renowned French Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten during his time at the St. Regis Bahia Beach.

Immerse yourself in the grace and elegance of Dressage, our latest dining concept paying homage to the rich equestrian heritage of these lands. Much like the elegant trot of beautiful horses, Dressage promises a dining experience like no other.

Upscale Dining Redefined
Tastefully separated from the Cellar restaurant, Dressage offers the club a second, more upscale, and refined dining experience. Yet fear not, for it remains approachable and welcoming, making it the perfect choice for members seeking a relaxed, intimate environment with elevated service.

The clubhouse at The Manor hosts numerous social opportunities, providing a vibrant social scene for our members. From family night buffets and happy hours to holiday-themed events, wine and tapas nights, ladies’ sip and swing, and more, there’s always something exciting happening. Additionally, our Kid’s Club offers dinner, movies, games, and other activities, ensuring that children have a fantastic time while parents enjoy their dining experience. Kid’s Club is also available during all social functions, and we offer summer camp options for even more fun-filled moments.

To make dining reservations, simply contact the Club at 770.810.3175, and our friendly staff will assist you in arranging a memorable dining experience. Dressage is open to 16+ (with adult supervision).
